1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the weMNvest website, platform, or any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or access weMNvest.

weMNvest is a private, members-only platform, and access is limited to verified participants. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility

Use of the weMNvest platform is limited to:

• Individuals at least 18 years of age
• Members who have been invited, approved, or granted access by the administrators
• Individuals who are not barred from participation under any applicable laws

weMNvest reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time, at its sole discretion.

3. Nature of Services

weMNvest is a private online platform designed for collaborative participation in high-return, short-term investment opportunities. It does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment guarantees
• Public securities offerings

All opportunities listed are for internal use by approved members only and may involve varying levels of risk.

4. Member Conduct

As a condition of use, you agree:

• To keep your login credentials confidential
• Not to share internal information, data, or offers with non-members
• To use the platform in good faith and for lawful purposes only
• To respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members

Any violation may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared within weMNvest is considered confidential and proprietary. Members are expected to uphold a standard of discretion regarding all investment activity, performance, discussions, and data hosted on the platform.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or distributed.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

While weMNvest aims to vet and present high-quality investment opportunities, it makes no representations or warranties about any project’s accuracy, profitability, or risk. All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of capital.

Members are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

(As of this notice there has never been an investment that lost funds of members. Lowest return to date- 138%)

7. Modifications

weMNvest reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Termination

weMNvest may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time for violations of these Terms or at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all access and use of the platform, and all active investments will be funded when they close. You keep your profits, but are removed for life.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the platform shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of Minnesota.
